Returns and Refunds
To help our customers with a better shopping experience we have devised a comprehensive product replacement policy. This replacement policy comprises the following criteria:
1. If the supplied product has a manufacturing defect. According to our product replacement policy, a customer has to inform us about the product defect, or wrong product delivery within the 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
2. All return and replacement items must be unused .
3. The customer must return it in the same original packing in which it was received. Needless to mention that the original packing must not have been broken or soiled.
4. If the product received damaged out of the parcel or wrong product is received, we will replace the product. In both cases, Customer will bear the shipping charges.
5. The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product.
6. Items that are specified as “non-refundable” will not be returned/refunded at any cost.
7. The product must be non-consumable in nature, i.e., any item which is consumable in nature like shamanam. can neither be replaced nor returned/exchanged under any circumstance,
8. Once the item is received by us then we will initiate the return/replacement of your order.
9. We reserve the right to refuse your refund if the product delivered to you was undamaged and accurate with regards to your choice or if we found out that the return was requested on false grounds.
Order cancellation can only be done before the payment is made. Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only. After the payment, the order can only be replaced in two cases:
- If you receive a damaged product.
- If you receive the wrong product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
